Memeber of the Better Business Bureau and Winston Salem Regional Association of Realtors. I give free consulting and estimates. I also offer free training sessions to Realtors and Builders.

 

 

 

       We give a 16 month full system warranty and also maintain radon levels below 4 pico-Curies/liters (pCil) after the installation or upgrade of a mitigation system. This is to be verified by a long term radon test.

 

 

 

       Our Fans carry a two to five year Manufacturer Warranty.

 

 

 

       I offer a price match guaranty for like/kind installations. If the same fans and materials are not used by our competitors we will investigate matching their installation price using our proposed procedures.

 

 

 

       Short Term Radon testing is done upon completion of the remediation process.

 

 

 

       Long Term Radon testing is also available upon request.

 

 

 

       We carry the Material Safety Data Sheets for all the supplies we use. These should be maintained by all contractors because of the risk of allergenic reactions that people may have to various chemicals in glues solvents and etc.

 

 

 

       We follow the current EPA’s Recommended Residential Radon Mitigation Standard of Practice ASTM E – 2121 -08 and use Licensed Electrical Contractors to ensure all local and State building code  compliances.
